The Flanagan-Cornell high school volleyball team with host Fisher HS on Tuesday October 8th for the 15th Annual Volley For the Cure event. Come out to support a great cause!

Today our FFA members hosted 2 different events at school. Pre-K through 4th grade participated in "Touch a Tractor" where students learned about what a combine and tractor is used for and then they got to get up in the cabs! Then in honor of National Ag Safety Week, all high school students participated in "Ag Safety Day" and learned about how to safely share the road with farm equipment this fall including a combine, head cart, tractor and grain cart, and a semi. They also had the opportunity to get in the cab and see it from a farmer's perspective and realize how far back they should stay behind equipment to keep them and our farmers safe this fall!

The 3rd grade class is having fun in STEAM today playing their games they made! We had some classic games and some new games that groups created.

Picture Day, Friday September 20

Each week students in Consumer Education have to teach their classmates about a life skill. Last Friday, Seth taught his classmates how to tie a tie and even helped some of the practice doing it on their own! Great job Seth!

Please drive slow and follow the directional arrows when entering the school parking lot. Drop off and pick up times are very busy and it's important to drive 5 MPH or slower. Cell phones should be out of site as well.
