Mrs. Harms and the Fourth Graders spent the last two weeks raising Painted Lady butterflies in our classroom! Miss Emily B. from the U of Illinois Extension Office brought us our caterpillars and taught us about their stages of life. We got to witness the larva, pupa, and adult phases in our classroom habitat enclosure! We also read resource books and were given butterfly puzzles to take home. Tuesday, we released them in our school garden. We had a lot of fun! 🐛🦋

MOCK ACCIDENT NOTICE (Reminder)
FLANAGAN-CORNELL HIGH SCHOOL is hosting a mock accident on Monday, April 27 at 1:00 pm in association with the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, Flanagan-Graymont Fire & EMS, Livingston County Coroner’s Office, Gridley EMS, and OSF Life Flight.
This voluntary demonstration is for high school students only and will last until approximately 3 pm.
