The high school is once again hosting a "Class Registration Open House" on March 4th during Parent-Teacher Conferences. We encourage all incoming freshmen, their families, and current students to attend to see what classes our school offers as you create your schedule for next year!
E-Learning Day ~ January 26
FGS Students will follow this schedule for 2025/2026 Remote Learning Days. Students, please check google classrooms and log onto scheduled google meets during the designated times.
Good afternoon,
Due to the extreme cold temperatures and the hazardous road conditions following this weekend’s snowfall, there will be no in‑person school tomorrow, Monday, January 26. For the safety of our students, staff, and families, we will be utilizing an E‑Learning Day.
Using an E‑Learning Day allows us to maintain instructional time without extending the school year beyond Memorial Day, which would be required if we added another traditional snow day.
Decisions regarding after‑school sports and activities will be communicated later in the day tomorrow as we continue to monitor conditions.
Families can expect additional communication from school administration and teachers with details and expectations for the E‑Learning Day. Please watch for updates to ensure students are prepared for their learning activities.

Due to the forecasted extreme temperatures and the National Weather Service’s Extreme Cold Warning, Flanagan-Cornell Unit #74 will not have school tomorrow Friday January 23rd (this will be a traditional cold/snow day with no E-Learning). The missed day will be made up on Friday May 22nd.
Decisions regarding evening events will be communicated separately once we have more information and can assess conditions.
