Thursday Activities
Our FC#74 Music teacher Ms. Kegg accompanied several of our high school students to participate in the HOIC Dr. Charles Snook Music Festival in February. Students from around the Heart of Illinois Conference came together for this musical collaboration, and gave an evening concert performance for the public. This annual festival is dedicated to, and in memory of Dr. Charles Snook who was the long time high school Principal here at Flanagan. Students who participated this year were Piper McMillan, Emma Jenkins, Brookelyn Miles, Claire Schneider, Clayton Thorson, Kal Dodge and Joe Prickett. 🎵
Congratulations to Fourth Grader Chloe F. for reaching 50 points in Accelerated Reader and earning "Pizza with the Principal" today. Great job, keep reading! 📚🍕

Reminder: State testing begins this week for 5th - 8th grade students.
March 16 is an E-Learning Day for all FC74 Students. LACC is also using an E-Learning day.
There will be no school today due to blowing snow and hazardous road conditions on our country roads. For the safety of our students and staff, we will be using an E‑Learning Day instead.
Please have students check their devices and class platforms for assignments and instructions from their teachers.

Flanagan Grade School students had a Seuss-tastic time celebrating Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss’s birthday!
During their library time, students grabbed a book and found fun and unique places around the library to read together or with their junior high buddies.
