Flanagan-Cornell High School will be piloting a “modified block” schedule starting March 1st-April 28th. We will then be sending out student, parent, and teacher survey links (May 1st) to gather input from our stakeholders to guide the high school in future scheduling decisions. It’s “Life Skill Friday” in Consumer Education! Today, Jase Torrez showed his classmates about the basic steps of CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver and even brought in dummies to demonstrate. His peers didn’t get certified but at least know the basic steps in case of an emergency. Way to go Jase!
